Creating a Company Code in SAP

1 ) Type SPRO in Command Field and press enter
2 ) Now Click on Sap Reference IMG
3 ) Now goto Enterprise Structure -->Definition-->Financial Accounting--> Edit, Copy, Delete, Check Company Code and click on it .
4 ) Now click on Copy,Delete,Check Company Code.
5 ) Now Click on Copy As and in From Company code field give 0001 (Its a Standard Company Code in SAP ) and in To Company Code field give Z001 , and press enter . Your company code Z001 will be automatically created .

    Hi,
    Normally it is recommended to use copy function in order to create a new company.However if I we define a company without copying from standard company, what should be the steps?
